Add your first plant

Create a Plant Profile

1. From the Plant Shelf, tap Add Plant or the + button.
2. Enter a name for your plant.
3. Tap Next.

Note

Tap the refresh icon to generate a fun plant name.

Identify your plant

1. Tap the camera icon.
2. Take a photo of your plant or search for it manually.
3. Grant camera permission if prompted.

Review and Save

1. Confirm the plant name and species.
2. Tap Done to save your plant.

Note

You can retake the photo or search for a plant manually if the identification isn't correct.
